AYC for you

During the session, you will be invited to participate in a yoga nidra practice, which is also known as ‘effortless relaxation.’ You will be guided through a meditation that promotes the benefits of deep sleep whilst awake. This will be followed by some lighthearted group conundrum solving, which is sure to provide a fun and stimulating challenge. To round off the experience, you will have the opportunity to express yourself creatively through painting in an uninterrupted, relaxed setting with a variety of colours and brush strokes.
