AYC for kids

Let your children have some fun with us while we explore the four seasons. This exciting day is filled with movement, creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, play and relaxation to end an entire day. We explore typical occurrences for each season, how and why seasons change, and how seasons differ around the world. 5 hours of fun! With experienced facilitators, we will work individually and together as a group. Creatively, children will explore magical stories and mysteries. We solve riddles and make a colourful masterpiece. Mindfulness and yoga games invite children to physically relax in their bodies while following magical stories of four seasons. This session will guide them gently towards strategies that can be used in times of stress and transition to recognise and manage uncomfortable feelings. In the art class, we create beautiful artwork while exploring different technics. We create our idea in a sketch drawing, transfer to a canvas and fill it with colour. You might like to include yourself or a furry friend in your design. During the treasure hunt, children work in a small team or individually. The kids face different problems and tasks and try to solve them. We hunt for hints and clues and try to find the missing puzzle piece. The kids will conduct several scientific experiments, including exploration of Sun movements through shadow observations and assessment of differences in time required to melt ice and raise the temperature.
